At our design and manufacturing facility in Los Angeles, whenever possible we use American-made materials, often locally sourced. We clean and paint our products using the most environmentally friendly materials and processes available. Prior to painting, our fixtures are washed using deionized water in a re-circulated closed looped system. The polyester powdercoat paint discharges no CFC's or other harmful chemicals into the environment, and we recycle all the white powders used in that process. In addition, cardboard, paper, and scrap metals are all recycled.

Our location in the mild climate of Southern California means our production space requires little or no use of air conditioning or heating. The fabled California sunshine even lets us harvest a significant amount of daylight in place of electric light. A lighting company that conserves electricity--that's Prudential.
