Tech Fever.
To create a unique space for their headquarters, Cornerstone OnDemand engaged designers at S.K.I.N. Design and Howard Building Corporation to build their 50,000 square foot office space. The painted grid ceiling in the lobby and reception area covers an exposed ceiling that opens up completely in the work areas. Stained concrete floors denote public spaces that are punctuated by custom designed rugs at special seating areas.
The project includes open work areas, private meeting rooms, break-out meeting areas for impromptu gatherings, private offices, a café with adjacent entertainment balconies, an exercise room, screening room, and meditation room. Construction was divided into three phases for the entire 50,000 square feet, with the first 25,000 square feet built in two phases without disturbing operations on the occupied floor.
