When Cardinal Health envisioned a somewhat unconventional new IT incubator space, the brand partnered with WSA Studio to bring it to fruition at the Shoppes at River Ridge near historic downtown Dublin, Ohio (also dangerously close to Montgomery Inn – a big perk for ribs fans).
The firm got to work, renovating an existing 15,800sf space to become an open office and technology product development space for the modern day employee in a refreshingly non-corporate-feeling workplace. WSA Studio and Cardinal Health aligned efforts with Pillar and The Forge to help develop the environmental branding, including color applications true to the brand’s philosophies of space allocation and employee experience.
Consistent with the feel of the design, P4000s, Snap and P43 from Prudential Lighting were utilized throughout to enhance the sleek-factor of the clean, modern space.
The impressive, multi-tasking result is a flexible open office concept equipped with huddle rooms, conferencing space, and even training rooms for employees, consultants and large groups. Event space and a technology bar add to its versatility. Having received the thumbs up from corporate and local employees alike, the space is being considered as a potential template for additional incubator hubs nationwide.
