With the Basis Series, Prudential has added five new fixtures that extend the purest intention of the simple strip, in a smaller size yet still with solid construction and the highest quality components. Strand The Strand is the dressy addition of the series.
Its cast aluminum caps conceal the socket and there are
decorative fascias to suit your aesthetics. The Strand is a
particularly nice wall mount and pendant fixture, while
its small profile makes it fully ADA-compliant. String The String fixture is the most configurable strip in the series. While its utility beautifully reveals itself when switched on, you'll see that it has end knockouts, accommodates up to three lamp rows and has a number of reflector options. From this single housing component scaled down to its minimal components, the String really pulls it all together. Edge The Edge conceals all its manufacturing details in
a sleek, streamlined manner. Its affect is finished, smooth
and straight giving your space a clean and straightforward
architectural luminaire, also with reflector options.
HalfSnap The HalfSnap is a brilliantly designed smaller
version of our wildly popular, top-selling Snap strip. It has the
same profile and same height as the original Snap but is much
more narrow and slender. Accommodating either a square or
a rounded lens, the end plate has a clean, precise profile. Twist Designed to stagger in installation and thereby
overlap lamps in just the right spots, the Twist allows you
to present a long, uninterrupted, continuous light that
emphasizes architectural details. The versatility allows
designers to light exactly where they want it to. The Twist
also comes in telescoping and diagonal versions to suit
even the most specific spaces, nooks and coves.
